Nice clean store
Great selection of campers. Kyle did a great job working with us and helping us get exact what we were looking for. Chase did a great job walking us through and explaining the unit to us during the walkthrough.
Logan, my service representative kept me informed of the progress / issues with the repair of my RV. Once they finished the repairs and conducted a QC, the supervisor was not pleased and had some areas re-finished. When I went to pickup my RV, it looked like brand new.

Fast friendly service. I have a new motor home recently purchased at the Hammond location and the day before I was planning to take my first trip, I realized the unit would not take DEF fluid. I went in and explained my situation and the shop foreman took outstanding care of us. They fixed the problem in no time and we were able to make our trip. I’m glad to see Great American in Hattiesburg.

Salespeople were very helpful, knowledgeable, informative and friendly. We dealt with two individuals as they work as a team. Brent and James were our sales people. Kerry in finance was very thorough, friendly and informative. Piper, our Service Tech did an awesome job providing detailed explanation of all components and their function. He was able to make us feel well educated on our new MH and comfortable taking off on our first adventure. He was patient and continuously asked us throughout the orientation if we understood what he was explaining to us. Would definitely recommend this company to fellow RV’ers! Our salesman Michael Dowell went above and beyond to get us to a happy place. He even came by where we were camped to help out on some minor issues.
The fifth wheel I bought was clean and presented well. Stayed overnight there in one of there clean sites. Would buy there again

I was able to get an appointment within less than two weeks. The item needed for the repair was unavailable due to the Pandemic. As soon the item was available, my Motorhome was in the bay being repaired. I want to thank the Great American RV Service Department for keeping me weekly apprised regarding the repair and for returning my Motorhome within a couple of days after the item arrived. Thank you guy😊
They have always been good to me from purchasing to maintenance and warranty work . Friendly and an enjoyable experience. Still miss the Dixie name though.

The staff at GARV are wonderful. James was very attentive and timely. He puts the customer in a place where you feel welcomed. The tech staff we worked with, Steven and Chris, was also wonderful and very professional and knowledgeable. Ryan assisted us with financing and was spot on with everything.

I had worked with Jack on getting traveler trailer at the beginning of the year. He was excellent but we could not find the right model.
Fast forward to August, we decided a motorhome was the way to go. Called Jack and he had us in the unit we wanted in the first visit.
