Once the supply issues were resolved the repairs were completed quickly. The coach had to go to another shop for other repairs and Great American moved it down there for us which was a big help.

Our salesman Nick S. was generous with information and very personable. He helped us feel comfortable asking questions and provided us with useful answers. Our trade in was handled very professionally. For our walkthrough, our tech Chase was amazing. Energetic, cordial and meticulous. He went through every detail to ensure our RV was up to our (and Grand Designs) standards. When we discovered a technical issue, Nick, Chase, and Mark took great care of us. Great team effort and very impressive.

Everytime we walk in Stan greets us with a smile. He asks us about our daughter and her plans of being a doctor, he knows my husbands interest in Indian motorcycles, we talk about the snow in Colorado and the love we share for the area. Stan knows all of that about us because he cares. We don't feel like customers taking a ticket and a seat, it feels like home. Heather is in the next room. She always has our back listening, joining the conversation with helpful advice. Michael is at the service desk always helpful. There's a reason why we've been coming there for 10 or more years, and will continue returning, the people that work there.
