The technician arrived and made a visual inspection of the exterior and interior of the house for mice. He set up the necessary bait traps to eliminate the mice issue. All the steps that he initiated were explained to me. As a result of our conversation, he set up a short and long term
Plan to address the mice problem. He also established a return visit.

Terminix technicians from my experience have been knowledgeable and reliable to perform the pest control for me at 2 of the homes I have lived at over the past 5 years. However, I am unsatisfied and angry Terminix corporately. Terminix has been withholding a refund do to me for over 3 years. I called and canceled a service with them but was charged for an additional year without my knowledge. Once I realized this I raised the issue with them multiple times(at least 6 different occasions). It was concluded that I was due to be reimbursed, but I never received reimbursement, and I only get ignored when I reach out.
