I've had the same service technician, Francis Medeiros, for some time. He always contacts me to tell me when he will be at my home. He is always polite, friendly, and does his job efficiently.
Michael Samuel does an excellent job and is very courteous to his customers.
Have billing issues. I pay by phone, on time as expected, even have a confirmation number, but payment does not show on my bank statement and now am told I am in arrears and the amount is more than what my bill was. This needs fixed and my credit rating not harmed. Waiting on an explanation.
