Main reason is because I have definitely noticed less insect activity since I have had Terminix service. Technician is friendly and easy to work with. It would be nice to get reminders of upcoming service dates further in advance, like a week before the service date

The gentleman that came out was honest and perfesonal with everything he did and said. I didn't realize what was going on as I was buying a new house and found out it had a problem. He let me know how bad and what he had to do. I appreciate everything they did and very happy with the results. Thank you
