Our technician Karl is in tune with our property. He is considerate of us and our animals.
The technician that does my quarterly service always does a good job. He shows up on schedule and lets me know he has been here. My only problem was with my termite technician. I rarely knew when he was coming to inspect the termite bait stations, and there were a year or more I don't believe they were ever actually checked. It cost a lot per year for those stations and they are only checking on them once a year. I don't feel I get any service for the money. I'm considering stopping this service.

My Terminex exterminator is extremely knowledgeable and capable. He is diligent in his work and keeps me abreast of anything I need to be concerned about. I feel safe and secure with his presence and handling of any issues that may occur.
Overall it's a good company, they always text you a couple of days prior to let you know when they are due to come out for service, just wish they would lower their prices.
The monthly price is good. The technician comes every three months to spray my home. If I need him to do the inside he will do it. He is a good technician. He will send me a message to let me know the day before about my appointment. The most recent appointment he came in early. I am glad I was home to receive my appointment on time.
