Terminix is on time each time it is time to get out property sprayed. I just wish they would offer to spray inside as well as out when they arrive. If you spray the outside without spraying the inside, all you are doing is running the outside critters to the inside.

Long time customer that can count on text notice when service is due. Each time I know name of the technician name & arrival date/time. After treatment I get detailed report of what was found & chemicals used.
It is very frustrating when my bill keeps going up with no notice. This is a least the 3rd time this has happened, but the person to answered the phone was able to get the charge back to what it should be so I am happy that she could help us.
Sammy is the best technician! He is the only reason I’m loyal to Terminix. I would switch providers if he were to leave

Chemicals are Chemicals, but people are what make the company. My technician is great. He always calls to let me know when he is coming and is always professional and polite. You can't ask for much more.
