Would have given 10 but wish the price was lower annual plan was less expensive and we are not needing the rodant service. We use to pay $89 for yrs and 1 yr it was $103 per quarter, AND if we wanted to skip quarter we could. Paying $60 a moth after initial $140, is excessive. It's double price now. That's a lot.

We have had a contract with Terminix for many years. Their technicians and management have been good to work with. Concerns have arisen over the years. The technicians along with the management team listened to our concerns and provided mutually agreed remedies. We are happy with the service provided from Terminix.

Terminex works seamlessly in the background. During routine maintenance visits, the technician makes sure all is well. Rarely, if ever, are there issues that need further attention. A statement to the excellent job Terminex does!
