We have been very pleased with the pest- and termite-control services we have received from the dedicated team of technicians from Terminix. Appointments are easy to schedule in the website and the technicians are always prompt. They communicate with us, which is very helpful. We generally need to call Customer Service only if we have a question about our service contracts when they renew; we have also been happy with the Customer Service reps, who are invariably friendly, knowledgeable and, when necessary, patient.
As always we very much appreciate Joel's professionalism. Excellent communicator and takes care of all our concerns.

Have billing issues. I pay by phone, on time as expected, even have a confirmation number, but payment does not show on my bank statement and now am told I am in arrears and the amount is more than what my bill was. This needs fixed and my credit rating not harmed. Waiting on an explanation.
