I have had service with you over forty 40 years. Greg Yearer was the best ever. Since it has been some better than others. My issue is I have security cameras I can see what the person does or does not do, how long he stays etc. Presently the person does not clean webs from windows, barely sprays and it is hit or miss. I had asked that they spray the deck well and they did not even go on the deck much less spray anything. So for the past several months I am not even close to ok with service. I know the weather is hot or cold or wet etc., but isn't that part of the job?? Maybe they need more training? I have been concerned about voicing my concerns since it often becomes worse. I hope the service and treatment will improve. Thank you.
