We have been pleased with our services over the years we’ve had it in Oregon and NH. But it has become more expensive this past year and we haven’t done a comparison to other companies. Price is the only reason for the score and our only hesitation for a 10.

Terminix has always given us great service and the price is reasonable. Our service tech, Joshua Burrell is one of the nicest, respectful and professional people you could ever meet.

I'm very pleased with Terminix. The 'representative that comes to spray my house is efficient and thorough, His name is Rich and he's always punctual and comes exactly when he says he's going to be here. I've noticed a high decrease in spiders and bees and different insects around my home. Rich explains everything he sprays while he is here and always sends pictures of tgs areas around my house that was treated.

Bryan always double checks if there are any pest trouble spots. He removes all exterior cobwebs and wasp nests. We appreciate his attention to detail and keeping our home bug protected.
Service is effective and I like me technician Sean. He’s very thorough. Do not like Terminix being unable to abide by me scheduling requests.

After we had a BAD experience of being told by a Terminix representative that a Terminix person was coming to our house on Thursday October 22 to solve a ant problem between 8 AM and 12 noon, but no one show up, so I called terminix and your representative said they had changed our date from Thursday to Saturday October 24 and I said no one called us to say they were not coming and I told them we were going away the next day and two days later would not work, then terminix got in touch with a very nice person, Mike located in Salisbury Maryland with Terminix and Mike called us and he said he could have someone come in a short period of time. He sent a Terminix person name Nicklaus who did a wonderful job about going under our crawl space at our house and could see where the problem was with the ants and I really appreciate what you did Nicolaus. I think your system of not letting someone know that someone is not coming to your house to work is a bad system. It should be changed. My wife and I have been with Terminix for quite a while and I hope that we can continue to have your company.
He’s very professional my home by putting on the booties he asks where the problem is he gives me information on what he’s doing what to expect and if there’s any other problems to let them know very respectful again I can’t stress out enough
