The gentleman who first came to our house was honest, thorough in his inspection, and made sure we understood these pests can very easily come home with us through no fault of ours. Because of him, we agreed that day to go with Terminix.
The technician who applied the treatments inspected our rooms, explained what he was going to do, put our furniture back where it belonged. He came back 3 times and we are finally free of these pests. He knew I was very upset that we had them and that I wasfreaked out they were feeding on us at night. He spent time reassuring me he would get them out. They are gone now and our lives are going back to normal.
