We feel that having the same technician on our property has lead to successful treatment over many years. We live next to a wild slope. He knows what to watch for. When someone else comes, I feel I need to explain our situation and issues. Not all companies agree to schedule the same technician to your property. We feel this is an important feature of Terminex in our area.
