Anthony reached out to the Tech for my area to provide service when he understood the Call Center had set up 3-consecutive appointments, which fell through. Twice, they scheduled the wrong staff who did not perform the service I REQUESTED.
I didn't understand why the first guy didn't show up. Michael worked me into his schedule and I appreciate his service.
I recommend that the Call Center be given a spreadsheet identifying the type service each Tech provides. They made the same errors repeatedly.

Our Tech Charles is awesome. He reviews what is going on, goes over options and generally fixes the issues with very little issues. We have great confidence in the work Charles does for us and will continue using Terminix as long as we have Charles for our tech.
