The service rep was super polite. She texted me on her ETA and let me know when she arrived. She conducted a thorough application and even sent me a report of same. First time ever that I received this report and I was thrilled. I love this service rep!

I have been satisfied with the service I have been receiving however, I do feel the monthly cost is high considering treatments are every 3 months..
We used Terminix a year ago and we were pleased with each treatment that they did. The men who came to spray has been very nice people. They explain about what is in the spray so that no one who has allergies or anything would react to it, sprayed everywhere we asked them to and the prices are good, so yes, our church would definitely recommend Terminix to others, As we just resigned with Terminix again this year!!!
