I have several services with Terminex but I am happiest with Richard, the quality of his work and his friendly and pleasant attitude.

The terminix gentleman comes to the door asks me if I have seen anything concerning and then proceeds to work. He is very informative. This is the same guy that always comes Joshua Doan.
The person that came to spray for termites, I was less impressed with. I would not of know he was here if I had not taken my dogs out. When I saw that he was here I assumed he just pulled up. When I got my dogs back in I waited for him to knock. I waited for 10 min and went to look and he was gone.
Then I received a phone call from him and I answered. He said he didn't find anything concerning. I told him I was going to show him where I had found the Termites so he turned around and came back. I then showed him where I had seen them and watched him spray them then he left. I really don't think he checked the traps for termites. Very disappointed.
This was not Joshua Doan it was someone I had not seen before. Why would someone different come to my home to spray for Termites. Why would I want Termite coverage added to my service when he didn't do anything and it was supposed to be a new service I just added.
Andrew is the reason we keep service with Terminix. always on time, always professional, always produces great results!

The technician that has been coming to our house the past several years has been providing excellent service, including letting us know ahead when he is coming, addressing all our questions and concerns, applying the applications efficiently and effectively, giving us any needed instructions/warnings, and reminding us to let him know if any call back is needed.
