Sergio is awesome. He communicates before, during, and after each service. The terminex product is good comparable with DIY stuff from the big box store. But it's Sergio's professionalism and support is the only reason I keep the monthly service.

The Terminix rep who services my house is fantastic. His name is Trevor. He takes such good care to ensure I am nit having problems and that I am satisfied with the work he has done. In this business its all about the service representative....that is why I stay with Terminix and do not consider other companies.

Terrence is always on time, thorough, quick, knowledgeable, reports his findings immediately, is very polite and engaging and is an excellent ambassador for Terminix. Whatever you are currently paying him, you should increase it significantly. As long as he is our service representative we will remain very loyal to Terminix!

The Tecknition always knocks om the door to let me know he is here and is doing the outside. When he is finished, he knocks on the door and asks if there is anything inside he needed to treat. I did have some, so he came in and treated treated them.
I really liked the detailed report I received immediately after his visit. He was very polite and professional.
The only suggestion I would make is to call the day before to be sure that I would be home, otherwise he would not have been able to treat the inside! Then would I be charged for a second visit?
