James Miller my technician was fantastic. I called and put a request in for a service call. James notified me when he would come by. He showed up on time went above and beyond spraying the bees I had around the house. He was very professional and explained in detail what he would be doing. Overall I’m very happy with the service that was and has been provided. Excellent job!!!
Lorenzo is a very professional and helpful Terminix technician. He is always available to contact if there is an issue to be resolved. He has been our service provider for many years. During a brief stood I switched to another company but their work did not compare to that I was used to receiving from Lorenzo!
The men that have come to explain the process, etc., are very knowledgeable and explain the process with great, understandable efficiency. They did not make me feel shameful that I somehow allowed the mice to take over my house.
