We have had Terminix for our pest control for many years. But what keeps us with Terminix is our technician Brandon. He’s someone you can trust to give you the truth about pests and the chemicals used on your property. Most importantly times that we are not at home and we have a scheduled appointment. We know Brandon will do the same expert service even though we are not home.

Our technician, Devontae Anderson is probably the best Rentokil-Terminix employee I’ve come across, and I work in property management, so I’ve met literally hundreds of your employees. He’s ALWAYS on time, courteous and efficient. He texts before he arrives, lets us know how everything went and is more than polite. If you have some sort of employee of the month/year award he should win it. I even tried to convince him and his immediate manager to have him switch over from the residential side to the commercial accounts but they wouldn’t let him. There would be an uproar from his regular clients. And I can understand why. He is outstanding!!
