I haven't had issues with termites since we've started the service and Greg, our tech, is always a text away when I have questions. He's also very responsive when I telll him about spots where we've seen lots of pest activity.
Lino is very thoughtful and considerate whenever he comes to my home. He is mindful of my pets indoors and outdoors and communicates regularly with me about where he is spraying and for which insects. He is also very knowledgeable about handling different pest problems and is happy to answer my questions.

Timely, effiicient spraying. Do have a problem with extra early billing - as if services were due the next month. My original contract was for August 2005. Start getting notices for termite serve as early as March or April for August renewal.
Don Watts is our regular (and very courteous) tech. He always asks us if there are any problems and he is very careful to cover all areas around our home. Don is an asset to your company.
