The reason I would recommend Terminix because of my technician, Michael Mastonie. He is the only one that calls you a few days before to inform that he is coming. He is very personable and knowledgeable. He will answer any questions that I may have about the service.

Richard MacEachern is the best. I never have a "bug" problem because he does such a great job. He is also prompt, sends clear texts and shows up on time and when he says he will. I have several services with Terminex but I am happiest with Richard, the quality of his work and his friendly and pleasant attitude.

Shannon is my hero! He went above and beyond for me when he was here. He ended up finding a dead rabbit and took care of it for me so I didn't have to. This isn't even the first time he went above and beyond for me. He also educated me about a praying mantis that he found on my porch. It was cool seeing it and I had no idea that they were protected so his knowledge was extremely helpful. I would recommend Terminix because of him.
