I haven't seen any large bugs around my house since I first hired Terminix in 2008! The people who have come to do the work have always been courteous and very helpful. My only complaint is that recently they have been very aggressive about payments. I pay them as soon as I get the bill, yet I get an email and a letter saying I'm late. I think it's because they are pushing for auto pay, which I just don't want to do. I will probably soon have to cancel the service, but I really don't want to because, as I just said, I've been totally satisfied otherwise.
