Lance is my technician and I can't say enough positive things about him! His communication is top notch. He always gives me a heads up about the day and time frame of my upcoming service. He knows that I have a mini-poodle that's easily scared by noises at the door, so he never touches my door knob and is very quiet as he performs his service. Thus last time, Josh 🐩 didn't realize he was here at all! 👍🏻 Lance always texts me with any questions or changes in timing as well.
The service he provides is great, allowing me to be bug free and see far fewer wasps in the summer! He is a great technician!

You always do a great job of prevention and if any problems do arise you are very prompt to handle them. All your Techs are knowable and friendly and go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied with their work.

Technician was professional and knowledgeable
Kenneth does a super job every time he comes to take care of our lawn. He also sends us pictures of what he was looking at. He is very good doing what he does. He is very friendly and we appreciate all that he does.
The Technician showed up early and did a thorough job. He explained what he needed to do to eliminate the ladybugs and also let me know how long it would take before I saw the effects.
