I bought my first house about 5 years ago. I chose Terminix early on for a mouse infestation in a house that had been vacant for months. Then I continued services as a preventative measure. I’ll be honest, I thought that treatments outside would only be enough to lessen roaches inside my home. I am SO glad that I was wrong in thinking that! Those skinny roaches we see everywhere in the South? Not in my house!!! And I live in a rural small town. I’m honestly (pleasantly) shocked at how free of pests I am! So far Terminix has given me peace of mind against mice, fleas, roaches, ants!!! The mice were already here. Fleas were hitchhikers. I still can’t believe that only TWICE in 5 YEARS have I scheduled inside services for roaches (which are unlimited, but you barely need them!)
Every single technician who has helped me over the years has been polite, professional, efficient, educational, and they share maintenance tips. Mr. Lahoe always goes above and beyond and he is my current technician
