Allen calls us to verify a time that is good for us, then text us to let us know that he is on the way. He is friendly and pets the pups when they bark at him for attention. Answers questions when we have them. Overall, a very polite person and he does a great job.

Dependable, promp, courteous, techs are clean cut and willing to help. Prices are not too bad.

Henry from Terminix takes great care to treat all areas of the house, inside and outside, to ensure bugs aren't a problem. I don't see any issues with bugs in between treatments.
