THE TECHNICIAN was timely and considered my fear for wanting the problem ,(rodents), killed Asap!!
Although the technician was an hour late, I learned it was because the office hadn’t told him about my appointment until after he had already visited several orher customers. He called me and apologized and said I would be his next call. He arrived ready to work. He was pleasant, efficient and thorough as he went about removing a yellow jacket nest in my front porch. It’s completely gone.

Christian’s consistency in communication, service and information continually inspires our confidence and continued encouragement in TERMINIX. We all need parts of our lives we “just don’t have to worry about” and that’s what we experience with Christian as our service provider.
The service is always forecasted and timely. Also, if there are any questions or concerns, they are quickly answered or taken care of. The post service information is a great tool to help maintain what thay have done to keep out property free from pests.
