I never give a ten for anything. A ten would mean there is no need for improvement and as a business owner myself, I know that will never be the case. That said, I was impressed with the entire Terminex experience, from initial phone call, to inspection, quote, application, invoice, and this survey. Time will tell if the application works.

I highly recommend this pest control company! Stanley previously serviced my home years ago, and when I needed help again, he came through for me once more. They were very responsive, professional, and, most importantly, timely in getting him out to help me with my pest issue.
It’s always a great feeling when a company provides such good service that you can come back to them years later and still receive that same level of care. Stanley listened to my concerns, addressed the problem, and made sure I felt confident that the bugs were being taken care of.

Terminix has great products and also has various divisions that work as a team no matter what issue you are facing. What makes it truly amazing for me is my Terminix tech, Al Taylor, who consistently over the years does a fantastic job.
