He listens and is quick to respond and resolve any issues that come up! The service communication is spot on and customer service handles all the issues that come up with my service account, including costs issues, etc….. I had an issue some years ago with exterminators spraying/killing wasps nests, so I quit using exterminators. Usually I'd been able to handle specific problems, but recently roaches have shown up. Your employee honored my request to not spray the wasp nests.
Scott has been an absolute joy to work with. He has been extremely professional and very kind and clearly explains all work done.
