Jordan notified me 24 hours in advance, showed up at the appointment time, let me know he was here. I did ask him to be careful where a bird is nesting, her eggs just hatched Saturday, as I didn't want her disturbed. Upon completing the job he let me know what he did and that he was done.
Our guy is super nice and does a great job. The only problem I have is when I use the chat or call in the communication between the office and my guy seems to get missed. I have called once to have them come out and I was told a day and they didn't show up. I used the chat and I got a response that I would receive a call from my guy shortly. Never happened. Other than that, I am completely pleased with the service and company.

You were the second company that we called, you sent someone out quickly to assess the problem, they consulted with other people in the company, and had possible solutions to our problem within a few hours and reasons on why to do it and the possible effects each way I had to choose from
The first company sent someone quickly, I had to chase them down 2 days later, was given 1 solution without the reasons behind it, I told them I would talk to my boss and call them back, they were on the phone 20 minutes later wanting an answer as to when to schedule
I truly appreciated the communication
