Have had Terminix services for 20 years and had my family members sign up too. There are about 8 accounts- most all have pest and termite services. This doesn’t include my friends I got to get your service. To be honest, there has not ever been worse customer service than with Terminix.As retired from medical practice due to serious illness, I have had to deal with insurance companies if my nurse could not get something medically necessary authorized and Terminix is much worse. Gutter guards were put in on my house in approx 2016 by Terminix’s Jerral Simmons and I called about a guards not working numerous times including top management who NEVER followed up. And billing is another story. Have limited income so discussed my bill and finally was given a better price; however I still get billed old charges and this is straightened out after many calls. It is exhausting and greatly aggravates my progressive illness. Have been treated terribly for many years by ALL who make empty promises to help with issues such as the gutter guards, other concerns of suboptimal service (THIS does NOT include Sy, my current personal pest control exterminator- he is the ONLY reason I am still with you. This 0/10 of overall services in management and billing, customer service. Am still shopping for another pest contain/ termite services in my area when I am physically able.
The gutter guards were NEVER addressed. I had to replace the entirety of the particle board, fascia, all eaves of wood adjacent to the guttters, repaint, etc. The repairs were blamed by several contractors on gutter guards. I always had kept my house up and had replaced these things timely in the past. This cost me a fortune after putting in your sponge shrinking guards. Was very disappointed especially after calling personal cell phones multiple times of those who placed these gutter guards. This man’s son went to school with my children.
I gave Sy the 10/10 as he deserves it. He is meticulous, prompt, reachable, consistent, and takes care of me well. So many times have wanted to talk to other pest or termite guys about things and before I shut door, go inside briefly (no more than 5 minutes)but sadly they get here, and then they are no longer at my residence. they are gone in 2-3 minutes. Yet Sy is not to blame. He is great and a wonderful person. You will be lucky if you can keep a young man like him.

Since the changes the quality of customer service is lacking. People are unknowedgable. I've been given wrong information several times. The prices are going up. An inspector came to my house and didn't know why. I canceled appointments because they v were made without my knowledge.
Our serviceman, Rich, does a great job informing us of issues and keeps us up to date on treatments! He is a pleasure to work with.
If you need them to back before the 3 months is up they will. Just explained what the problem is there is No extra charge.
