At first, Edwin was my tech and he handled everything and was so kind and extremely helpful. Now Kai is my technician and he is so thorough and so helpful. He is kind and ever so courteous. I am very happy knowing if there is a problem, they are there for me.

Rich, my tech, is the best. Calls ahead/after each time. Always stops to talk about any issues he finds. Always smiling. One issue I have is that the techs have to work every weekend. This observation is from me, not the tech. At least let the techs have one full(two day) weekend each month. And another week of vacation.
He calls before he comes, lets me know he's been here, and sends his report to me. I feel that he is trustworthy in my house. He is friendly when I see him.

I am very pleased with Gregory pest control. Nicole always responds to me quickly via email. Eric is very professional and courteous. They do our monthly and as needed pest control for us at Marion Ridge apts. I am the community manager.
It doesn't matter what technician I have had treat our house, they have been well trained and done excellent service; keeping all bugs out of the house and from areas close to the house. I have had my service since 1987 with nothing but positive results.
