Tech Roy Pack provided great service for my mother for years so I called Terminix and was happy to learn he would be my tech, as well. So glad I thought of Terminix!

The estimator, Terry, was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection, explaining in detail the issues at hand and how to remedy them. The servicer and office staff are very accomodating and pleasant to work with.

Anthony is an excellent technician. Cares about his customers, friendly, communicative. He gets my highest rating. BUT, I do think the cost of this service is getting out of control.

We enjoy having our ''regular guy'', Mike come and take care of treating our home for avoiding pests every few months. Mike is the greatest - any time we have questions, Mike gives a full understandable answer(s).
