I've used Terminix for many years. If they weren't very good I would have left them. I use both their annual programs for periodic spraying and termite protection. This may sound a little crazy but one thing I detest is when a service tech performs a service, which is exactly what I am paying for, (nothing more and nothing less) and then instructs me to rate that performance as a 10 or tell him what to do to earn a 10. For some reason, that rubs me the wrong way. And I've NEVER had anyone or any company request/direct me to give an automatic 10. I blame Terminix for instructing the service tech to use this terminology.

Frankie, the technician. Hands down why I would recommend Terminix. This guy is the most knowledgeable tech I've encountered in my over 40 years of owning property and very rarely do you come across an ambitious person in any field, with Frankie's professionalism and personal touch. If you could duplicate him, all your personnel issues and customer complaints would go away. Leave him alone and he will do your company proud.

Reliable service with a technician who checks in with me
Terminix has been extremely responsive to all of our insect problems. They provide timely and excellent service, addressing all of our outdoor and indoor issues with pests. We have had the same technician for several years. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and has great customer service skills. Terminix is worth every single penny we spend, and I would NEVER be without our annual plans (covering pest control and ticks).

Appreciate our new service person Tyler. He checks in and is great about dropping off the invoices at First name removed Hall. The area of issue is not being able to discuss changes or problems that arise with a local person. (I appreciate that I DO get to speak with a REAL person.) Every time I call, I get someone out of the area, who can't help me. Nor can they connect me to someone local. It's absolutely frustrating. The First name removed of Blue Lake has an on line account and not everything can be resolved on the site, nor is it always accurate.
Just to let you know that things are going good right now.
