The most-recent tech (a female) was pleasant and helpful. We really had no specific issues but she noticed mouse droppings in the garage and set a few traps in the garage and crawl space. She advised that if we "got" more than a few mice we could call for help, but my husband found and disposed of 2 mice from the crawl space traps and that's it.

Great Service! Technician arrived and introduced himself and asked if we had any issues. He went ahead and provided the service inside and outside the building. When done, returned to the office for a final approval. Was polite and cordial the entire time.
