As usual our tech let us know a few days ahead of time when he was dropping by to perform the pest control service. He lets us know when he's on his way, checks in when he gets here and let's us know when he's done.

Manny Salinas is the best! He’s always on time, courteous and very informed about my pollinator gardens. I trust him completely to deal with whatever new or repeat mischief-makers are in the gardens without harming hummingbirds, butterflies, bees, moths, anoles, etc. The man knows his business! 5 star rating from me.
We don't have termites, but do have cockroaches. Without their service, I don't know what our house might look like! I depend on their service to maintain a healthy house.
Frank was so nice to work me into his busy schedule for my bug problem. His supervisor, Hardip, who many years ago was our tech was so kind as to arrange it. I have always been able to depend on Hardip and Frank to take care of us.

Service is timely and outstanding
The technician arrived promptly, and inspected the mole damage in my lawn. He said he would pass my situation on to the technician who would place traps. He also took a picture to verify the activity. I am expecting to hear from Terminix, to schedule the service.

Mario, our Terminix man for quite some time now is always doing a very professional and thorough job. He announces his arrival time by text and then proceeds to examine and treat whatever needs attention. He takes photos and puts a report together and calls and if we are not available, he leaves a voicemail with the result.
Then he sends the report by email and we can read all details.
Aside from the fact that we seem to be "bug free" due to his service, he makes sure it stays that way.
Mario is very courteous, professional and able doing his job.
We are very happy with the service he provides.

Shawn was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. He took care of my Bald Face Hornet problem and explained to me that I would still see some flying around for a few days or possibly a week looking for the nest which had been destroyed. He explained that the Queen was dead so she was the key to the problem.
BTW--Shawn was very personable and friendly.
