Customer service!! The technician (Michael Easter) ,friendly, thorough, communication, and professionalism are SUPERB!! We also like the fact that we get the same technician each time. We tried another pest control service and we got what we paid for, lol. Our fault. Terminix is outstanding and we truly appreciate you!! One more thing… Michael is also extremely considerate of the four miniature schnauzers that we have. He always allows us to let the dogs out before he sprays and every single time he tells us to wait until the spray has dried before they go outside which is usually approximately thirty minutes. Very nice and neat appearance!!
