We have had Terminix for pest control for many decades and haven't been bothered by any critters in the house EVER and the outdoor ones are dispensed with so quickly that I rarely see them.. Nick Yahl, who services us, is very friendly and definitely knows how to do his job. He always calls the day ahead to let me know he's coming and exchanges some pleasant conversation. I don't know what more anyone could expect and we're very satisfied.

My service tech, Nick, and the inspector Dallas, were both fabulous. Both were very knowledgeable about the type of pests that I have and explained everything when they were done. They answered all of my questions when they were done, even when I repeated myself, they were still very professional.

Our service has always been on time and exceptionally completed. Our technician's name is Rudy and he always knocks on the door to let you know he's here and asks if we've have any spedial requests for him while he's here. After he's comleted the treatment he again knocks and lets us know what he found and what he treated. He then reminds us that if we have any pest concerns before next service date, to call the office and schedule another visit. Rudy is always cheerful and friendly and calls me by name.

Techician Richard Che is the best Terminex service provider. He is on time or even early. Is thorough when checking outside and inside my home and applies chemicals based on what he sees as well as a seasonal prescription. Always greets me with a big friendly smile. I don't get any surprises during quarterly service calls.
