My primary reason os due to the service from Pedro Nava. He is the only reason I have stayed with Terminix and not gone somewhere cheaper. He is always friendly, courteous and advises me of anything he sees when spraying my home. He is quick to respond if need to change dates for service or if any problems arise between normal services.
