We have had Terminix for well over 20 years and they have served us well. The customer service is great and no issues to report. Matthew is our technician and he does a great job as demonstrated by the years of excellent customer service he continues to provide.
Technician Joe Pinheiro arrived as scheduled, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained his solution as he placed the pest control items unobtrusively around the house.

Our service technician (Deon Polk) always writes in advance to let us know he is coming and sends a report when he finishes. He always responds to any problem we have quickly and efficiently.

Our service tech Gregg is awesome!! He always lets us know when he's coming and always so accommodating if we can't make it on a certain day or need to change dates. Gregg provides great customer service and service is what's important to us.
Whenever Reese, or the other techs come to the house they are cordial and easy to listen to with their explanations. I think each time out that they, like myself want to eradicate the nasty insects, like ants, as well as vermin like mice/rats, and I appreciate it!! Thank You
