The technician John Scaief did an excellent job treating for my quarterly pest control. ALSO he was very professional and very kind. He puts 100% into his job and is a positive asset to the Terminex team. He always communicates prior to and after he leaves the appointment (some in the past have not always done that). I appreciate him so much.

Terminex was very understanding when I needed to terminate the contract due to confusion on my part about the services I was receiving. They sent someone out immediately when I needed help with a carpenter ant infestation but then allowed me to end the contract without charging me a huge penalty. The techs were so helpful in explaining everything to me and made some very helpful recommendations about areas in my basement that needed to be cleaned out to avoid problems in the future.

Bertha Marascola did an incredible job! I mentioned the wasp issue we’ve been having, and she made sure every wasp nest around both the front and back porches was taken care of.

We've been using terminix for about 40 years. Always satisfied. Never any termite damage.they just know how to do it.
We have a wonderful technician who keeps in contact, comes promptly, is personable and listens to us, gets down to work and we come out of it with NO ANTS. She gives us a time framework of when to look for ants being gone, and when to report if we have trouble.
