I’m always alerted to when someone is on the way for an appointment. And then after the appointment is completed. Updated on the completion and what was done. Also alerted to any issues that are found and what needs to be done to correct them.

The Tecnician who came to our home on Minday January 12th was vey plesant, explained to us what he had to do and how he was going ti do it. He was very professional, and we enjoyed our brief conversation with him before we had to leave. Thank you. When we returned home we saw how therough he had worked. I hope it works, I'm grossed out and very scared of bugs.
