The tech Pat, has been great. At initial service he was knowable and explain why issue was happening and was dedicated to fixing the problem. I am scared to death of mice so knowing he is doing his job is a relief. So as long as I don’t see any pest, I am happy.

I have not been with Terminix very long, but the technicians are doing a good job of focusing on the issues. They are personable, professional, & prompt.
I like having an option to change my day and time the tech is coming to perform the service. Especially if I need the inside of my house sprayed.

I’ve always been impressed With Terminix. They are very friendly and definitely know what they’re doing. Made my mom and I feel a lot better with our rodent issue had a great conversation with the workers that came really appreciate what they did and what they’re going to be doing couldn’t appreciate more of what they’re doing for us in our home!

My technician Deandrea is the best. He is responsive to my concerns and keeps me informed about exactly what he is doing. He is flexible and responsive if I need to reschedule an appointment. He arrives on time, is friendly, professional and makes me feel that he values me as a customer and wants to be sure all of my issues are addressed. He always makes sure I have his phone number and tells me to call if I have any problems. I have never had to call, but knowing I can is reassuring. Thanks for having such a great employee. You're lucky to have someone who does a great job of representing your company. If asked to rate him it would be 10s all around!!!
