The pest technician came to my home at about the scheduled/promised time, so I knew when to expect him. He was personable and professional. I do wish he would notify me when he finished spraying the exterior walls and spreading the granules/pellets in the yard (on those occasions when I was home when he was there). The ant and roach problems disappear after the treatment, so I am satisfied.
I have had Terminix service for 34 years. That means for 34 years my home has been bug, rodent, and termite free. Here in FL that says a lot. Thanks Terminix!

The technician Kelvin is very competent and professional in the manner he goes about his tasks. He informs me at least a day or more when he anticipates when he's coming and will provide an approximate time of arrival! He informs me of potential problems & problem areas! The kind of person that I would hire to be an employee for me.

I appreciate the value of having a regular pest control service to keep the barrier up and to keep pest out of the house. Although, prices continue to rise. And this is only a 13 minute service by the technician for many months in a row. I will not tolerate any more rises in price. I was able to contact customer service and they put my price back down. If it goes up again, I'll have to cancel. I don't feel the service is worth more than $93 a quarter. That is my current price although I would like a lower price.
