Chris alerted me on the day and approximate time of his arrival. Upon his arrival he checked with me concerning if I was having any problems other than the outside of the house. I mentioned that I was having problems with spiders inside the garage. He informed me when he was done and told me he also sprayed for spiders inside the garage. We've been using Terminix for several years for termite traps and have been very pleased. We've recently added spraying for insects, specifically a type of ant that we found on a windowsill. The service rep who came to diagnose the service we needed was excellent. Once we signed an agreement our technician, Rich Kujawa came and he also provided excellent service! I called Terminix back for an additional spraying when I didn't feel the first treatment worked as well as I thought it should. THey sent Rich back to spray again. After 3 treatments I feel like our situation is under control.
Excellent and dependable service. Your technician listens to any special spraying requests and completes it. Lets me know if any problems exist that might give roaches or other critters any easy time getting in or establishing nests.
