The primary reason that I stay with Terminix is due to my tech, Jacqulyn. She takes care of my home. I have had a bad experience in the past with Terminix overcharging work in my attic but Jacqulyn has restore my faith in her work.

The service was as expected, exhaustive, clean, and accurately performed. The serviceman, Afshin Hedayati, was kind and helpful, explaining all the details and conditions of my property. He let me know in advance about the day and time of the approaching service. After the service, he provided his recommendations on possible problems, both orally and in writing.
I have had this service for years, not happy with the price. I used to get a phone call when they were coming. Recently, there is no heads up to their arrival. I don't believe the spray on the last visit was worth the price charged. I am not sure if I will keep this service.
I understand everything is going up but it is hard to keep up with all the other bills & then this one.. Thank you for the time to speak.
