My technician, Daniel Chai, is the reason I keep my Terminix contract. He is professional and will take the time to arrange our appointment, alerts me when he is on the way and comes promptly. Daniel is thorough and reliable. He will even dust my roof rafters to check for pest, move the front mat before spraying and walks the perimeter of the house in his inspection. He has been my Terminix technician for years which gives me the confidence that the company is steady. Thank you!

never have a problem with terminix, they kindly do as i tell them where to spray. the person that show up alway is very nice and don't mind talking to them.

Dalton is knowledgeable and an excellent listener. He spent a good amount of time looking for entry points.

I really do not like the practice of the technicians texting the client to say "I'm reminding of our scheduled appointment for your service." This is offensive when there was no scheduled appointment. Clients cannot be "reminded" of something they have not previously agreed to.
A better way would be to say "We have you scheduled for . . . ." and then proceed to the usual statement of "if you're not available"

In fact I'm pretty sure my previous technician said that in his messages. That's why I've been surprised and irritated by the "reminders" from the new techs.
