Professional and prompt service by technician.
The technician was very professional and explained in detail the processes that he was performing. He also answered all our questions thoroughly and got us signed up for the free inspection as this is a newly purchased home for us.

My new Technician William Jefferson introduced himself to me in a very professional and friendly manner. He explained to me what he was going to do within my home. I explained to him about other areas I needed sprayed within my home. He explained to me what he found on the outside of the house that needed attention which he took care of. He told me when he would be returning to spray again and would give me a 2 day window via text before he would show up. Told William that I like both the outside and inside done at the same time when he comes. He was agreeable to that and assured me that if he misses doing the inside to just call in to have him come back out.

Florence goes above and beyond EVERY single visit. He doesn’t just treat our home, he takes the time to educate us. He explains things in a way that actually makes sense, like pointing out areas where standing water could attract pests and giving practical tips to prevent issues before they even start.
What really stands out is how knowledgeable he is. He knows exactly what types of insects we’re dealing with, where they come from, and how to stop them. He’s always proactive and genuinely cares about keeping our home protected. He also makes sure we’re aware of other services that could help us, without ever being pushy.
We actually look forward to his visits, which says a lot! We are so thankful for everything he does to keep our home bug-free. We couldn’t be happier with Florence’s service, and we truly appreciate his dedication and professionalism.
Justo Badia made sure to do a great job of making sure he covered the perimeter of my house so I do not have an invasion of ants and spiders.
