Cooper has always been reliable. They're easy to schedule, knowledgeable, and professional. The methods they use are as environmentally safe as possible.
The last scheduled visit had to be cancelled (by Cooper) but the technician explained that what I thought was a larva problem was actually a woodpecker problem, which they do not handle, which I thoroughly understood, so that was OK.

We never see evidence of any rodents. We find several dead spiders and bugs and that means that whatever you guys are using is working. If we ever see anything in between treatments, we call and you guys come out and take care of it. We appreciate you keeping us rodent and bug free!
I usually have complete success with the quarterly treatments. I am not unhappy with the service but have had "very small" ants on the kitchen counters and a couple in the microwave.
This could be due to all the rain we have had. We received a treatment a few days ago and it looks like the problem may have been resolved. I know there is always someone there to come out and help with problems.
