My technician, brittany was very thorough and professional and has been every time she's been out here. She makes sure to let me know when it's safe to let my small dogs back outside so that I don't have to guess and I very much appreciate that. She also always tells me what service she is providing that particular day, as I have several terminx services.

Technician is wonderful. However, your company has poor communication. We never get notice of when someone is coming. A real glitch in your system. A week ahead or 48 hours ahead or 24 hours ahead. Something. I don’t understand this.
