I think the ONLY reason I stay with Terminix is because of your technician, Russell Pelligrino. He is very thorough, prompt and answers all my questions. If he cannot answer, he finds the answer and reports back to me. He is very reliable and hardworking. With workers like Russell, how can I not return year after year.
The team and (Alan) at Terminix listen to problems and how to solve them. they take care of the house and as problems arise they are here to help solve the problem.

Your associate is prompt, courteous and professional. She’s friendly and provides an email (or phone call) usually 48 hours ahead to let us know when she will arrive. When she does arrive she notifies us and provides us with a receipt and lets us know if there are any problems once she is done. She also asks us for our input. Problems or any concerns. Very satisfied
