Additionally, if we are not able to be home when he initially schedules our appointment and he comes and gets the outside, he always will accommodate and come back to make sure he hits areas within our house for which we also have concern. We are appreciative he is our provider.
Technician Amir is great. Sometimes they are inconsistent with scheduling and he is only able to give us a heads up of the upcoming service a few days in advance. Overall, he is very professional.
