The service is great, all of my concerns are addressed. I always get a call from Terminix to let me know when a technician will arrive who then calls to let me know that he has arrived. The services is completed in the time frame that is given. The technician is always very friendly and courteous.

I've used Terminix for many years. We used to have a problem with crickets, ants and spiders. We no longer have a problem with insects etc. Of course here and there we may find a spider but that's to be expected.
Nicholas is always professional and courteous. He also answers my inquiries and has a pleasant personality.
