My service guy Tim Connors is EXCELLENT I had bugs in my house you all sent out a couple of ppl that did not get the job done his first time out I knew how he presented himself and the way he explained what was going to happen he was the person to help with my problem I will always request him for my services please thank him for me

I appreciate the reminder notification a day ahead of time and just before the technician arrives. I also appreciate the post visit notification. There is opportunity to ask questions if necessary. The service is always completed and a report is given. I can call back for service if needed.
