When I first called the Terminix number on a Tuesday evening, they scheduled the inspection to come first thing on Thursday. There was no charge for the inspection. The determination of our need was assessed and paid for. The appointment for treatment was scheduled to be done on the next day - Friday mid-afternoon, with the time explained that we needed to be away from our residence. Jason did the treatment-- explaining what he was going to do...and he was polite, professional, and responsive to our many questions. He called us when he was done - with the time frame we could come back home. We have had follow-up questions, texts and already the first follow up visit to check on something. ALL is good! We are THANKFUL we called Terminix and very thankful that Jason was the one to do our treatment.
Great job,well done friendly. Clean up after himself explained the service before he started the work..this is the second Day didn't see anything running around.
