They always take care of any problem I have. If something happens, like bees under my flower box. When I call they come the same day.
The representatives that came by my house were very knowledgeable of the type of environment and predicament I was in.
Terminix technicians from my experience have been knowledgeable and reliable to perform the pest control for me at 2 of the homes I have lived at over the past 5 years. However, I am unsatisfied and angry Terminix corporately. Terminix has been withholding a refund do to me for over 3 years. I called and canceled a service with them but was charged for an additional year without my knowledge. Once I realized this I raised the issue with them multiple times(at least 6 different occasions). It was concluded that I was due to be reimbursed, but I never received reimbursement, and I only get ignored when I reach out.

Jim Meyers is very knowledgeable and competent. He really knows what he is doing. He is the reason I have the annual contract with Terminex.
Patrick Weston is awesome! He’s super friendly, professional, and reliable every time he comes by. You can tell he really knows his stuff and cares about doing the job right. Always shows up on time, explains everything clearly, and makes the whole process easy. Definitely one of the best techs Terminix has — highly recommend him!
