I don't have to think about the service. I get a email and text providing the service date. The technician shows up ad does their thing. Then leaves a report on the service details.
While the service (product - spray) appears to be effective, that typically would only warrant a 5 or a 6 rating...we get what we pay for. However, what threw it up to a 9 is the onsite service. The individual who visits us is dynamite. He's attentive, personable, efficient, professional...everything you could want from a vendor.
I was satisfied with the services from the sale rep to the tech that came on site to take care if the issues that we had with the rodents. Awesome job.

I have been a Terminix customer since 2017 and the service is good but a bit pricey compared to what other pest control services are charging. The cost of my service has more than doubled since 2017. We are on a fixed income and I may need to search for a more budget friendly option.
