Contract with them for service. However, when they call to let me know they are coming the number shows up as "unavailable'....I don't answer calls that I don't know who they are. I have told them to always leave a message on the answering machine if I don't answer...they don't. They came this week and I did not know they were coming and wasn't here. The number is a landline and I just would like for them to either have a terminix name on the call or at least leave a message. Thanks.

TJ is the Best by far! TJ is knowledgeable, helpful, insightful, caring, kind, professional and pleasant. TJ goes about his business unobtrusively and like clockwork.
TJ will ask me ahead of time if his appointment time is good for me. TJ will change it if needed without any concern or problem. TJ is easy going and thoughtful.

Service that is effective
We are extremely happy with the quarterly pest control Gary provides. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He always provides advanced notice before the appointment, and he inquires about any pest problems we may be experiencing at the current time. Gary also provides a thorough follow-up after the visit. We also like that Gary is t our regular technician. Even though we only see him once each quarter, it helps to know who to expect and we're able to build a relationship over time, (It was the same with Gary's predecessor, Bob.)
We are NOT happy with the amount of money we have paid through the years for a termite contract that essentially provides no protection or value. The treatment applied many years ago has essentially expired. We have since cancelled the contract, and we DO NOT renew or retreat the property. Please quit contacting us for termite treatment.

Since starting with Terminix I haven’t had any problems with rodents. They come out every 3 months to check around the outside of my house to be sure that there are no signs of bugs or rodents. They will come into my home if I’m having problems with bugs or rodents. Also I can call them if I have problems in between visits.
Chis N is attentive and communicates well ahead, during and after our services. He’s thorough in his work and makes sure our needs are met as the homeowner. I’ve enjoyed Chris as my service tech for the last 2-3 years and commend him for his attitude and work ethic.
