When I realized we had a problem I freaked out and wanted the "problem" solved as quickly as possible. The thought of living with 4 legged creatures -to me- is a nightmare. I wanted to move! Right from the very first phone call I knew we made the right decision. I came home from work and there were an 'Army' of Terminix vehicles in my driveway. The guys were hard at work going through every inch of my house. I was terribly embarrassed but these guys made me feel so much better.....talked to me CALMLY which was so important - I can't even begin to tell you how this creeps me out. We are still in the beginning stages to rid them but my husband and I have faith we these guys will find them and prevent them from coming in again. I LOVE the 100 percent guarantee...that makes me feel like I have a professional to call and they will be here asap. We were treated with respect and all our questions answered -even the ones we thought were 'dumb'. I'm serious, these guys really know what they are doing! so professional and well versed in these creatures!
