I have a 25+ Year Contract with Terminix. When the Terminix technician came for my yearly termite inspection middle of 2025, he did not find any damage. At the end of 2025, I found termite damage in my master bedroom around a window. I called for a termite appointment asap. In December, Stan came and found 4 places that had termite damage. It was a long process, but it was all covered by my contract. Terminix stood behind that contract. They also added their new Bait Stations all around my house.
Jared treated our kitchen for ants after we tried three various traps and chemicals. Within 2-3 days the ants were gone! We feel lucky to have him as our agent.
