Technician Raul is always friendly and has been very helpful over the years that he has been coming to our house. Not all technicians seem to enjoy what they do and are as courteous as he is.
While I believe that the service is necessary, it is still over priced. The gentlemen that apply my treatments are very nice and always do an excellent job. I will be interested to see how well it works in the warmer months, but for now I am satisfied.

Robin Callahan, our service tech, is super to work with. She communicates before, during and after her work on our property. And, she goes the extra mile in identifying bug issues on the property and, then, addressing them. She is professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with!
