I'm extremely happy with my service provider, Sara Fast. She's been with me for about 2 years. She's knowledgeable about what is in the chemicals used and their effect on plants and the various bugs and she can identify those critters. She is thorough in spraying the various areas inside and out and she's attentive to what she's doing. I'm in a townhouse so I'm attached to neighbors on both sides. She even tries to appease one of my neighbors who doesn't like the chemicals even though she's the reason I need Terminex.
