Jonathan gives us excellent services. Treated the ants in our master bath and bedroom. Always friendly. He deserves a 10. However I gave an overall 9 as Terminix prices have gone up and are becoming more expensive.

Customer service, professional, and we have used Terminix since we built our house 20 years ago! Our technician is Larry and he's the best! However, if Larry is out on vacation or somebody else shows up they have the same customer service!
Our Terminex representative was a very nice man. He came on time. He explained what he would be doing and he did exactly that. He provided us with his card so we could call him if the ant problem didn’t go away. He provided us with sticky window and floor traps. He was very professional and provided excellent customer service.

My score is based on having been with Terminix for 30 years plus and having a few good people take care of my home and property. One in particular is a new branch manager by the name of Stephen. He is an amazing employee who values the customers time and actually cares that the job is performed correctly and to the satisfaction of the customer. He doesn't rush or cut any corners and it shows over and over again. He is a wealth of knowledge and just an extremely courteous individual that anyone should be proud to have employed. Thank You for all your guidance and wonderful service.
I was informed about the visit on Sunday night, a few hours before the visit. I didn't want to cancel. But, a few day in advance before visit would help a great deal as we are getting closer to summer time where families take vacation.
