He sprayed and left and I haven’t had an issue since! He’s coming g back to do the yard when it dries up some more next week . Amazing product and service!

Great communication
The representative was very knowledgeable and patient. She pointed out and treated an unidentified wasp nest and made suggestions as to mouse prevention measures for the garage. She also discussed potential issues in connection with the identification of flies in the basement. The representative was professional and offered beneficial recommendations.

We have had nothing but excellent service from Terminix. We originally reached out for pest control when my husband developed life-threatening allergies to hornets and wasps. Terminix came out immediately, explained all of our options, set us up with a treatment plan, and dispatched a technician right away. Our regular technician, Toufic, is efficient, polite, and very knowledgeable. We also have had occurrences of nests in between treatments where customer service dispatched emergent treatments/remediation as soon as the next day. We are so thankful for Terminix!
