My main reason is the excellent service I received from Hayden Severe. He was extremely professional and personable, explaining each step of the Terminix procedures, carrying my suspect (for moths) Norfolk Island pine to my deck, bringing new moth catchers when needed, and checking every possible space for moths during each visit. He is a definite asset to Terminix.
Pleased with our service from Brandon. If we have any issues, he comes out and puts down whatever is needed.

The technician was prompt, professional and thorough. Luckily I’ve had the same exterminator many times so he’s familiar with the areas which require the most attention. All traps were checked and he was careful to work around my pets.
