Brian has been our service person for pest control for many years. He is pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable. For this particular visit we had some issues inside that we wanted addressed, but we had appointments through most of his service window. When he texted the night before to let us know the service window, we asked if it was possible to come close to the end of his projected window so we would be here. He was able to accommodate our schedule. This is just an example from this particular visit.
The reason for my 10 is our technician Ben Fleck. He is awesome and gives us advance notice of when he plans to come to our home so we can adjust as needed.
However, I give a ZERO to Terminix’s overly aggressive collections practices…there is no need to harass at 20+ year customer with both Pest and Termite plans with collections notifications via email and text. It is obnoxious.
Terminix constantly goes above and beyond. My service rep notices the little things and proactively changes his approach. The other day spraying outside he noticed bug activity in my neighbors lawn and put extra treatment on that side of our property to help prevent a problem. Using Terminix is a huge win for my family’s health.
