James is very attentive. He always texts me the day before with the reminder, to ask if there is anything special we need him to take care of. Then he texts me when his appoximate arrival time is and when he arrives he always checks in with me again before and after the service. He goes above and beyond.

We are on a year long schedule with Terminex and it is worth the money. Tech’s come every 3 months on schedule and They come when ever you have a problem and it gives you a piece of mind with no worries.
