Initially chose Terminex to protect my house from termites because of your reputation, stuck with you for quarterly spraying, too.
Main problem indoors when spring/summer hits is that carpet bugs start coming indoors, even tho we’re mostly not carpeted. Archie nixes them from the onset of warmer weather. Another tech you sent out last spring didn’t seem to get them all as effectively.
However, the quarterly treatments are getting very expensive and we really only really need it twice a year.

Great service and trustful employees.
I love the communication I receive from our Terminix provider. He let's me know a day ahead of time when he will be coming so I can make sure my dog doesn't interfere with him. He communicates when he gets there and when he leaves. I couldn't ask for better service.
New tech for us, but she did an excellent job trying to treat the exterior of our house. She also communicated before and after the job.

The tech Brandon was very courteous and knowledgeable. He came out and did the initial assessment inside and outside the hime, and applied insecticide. I appreciate the time they took to generate a report about their service and findings. After the first visit I intend to keep using the service.

Our technician, Sean, has done a great job caring for our home for years. He knows exactly what to do each visit & always reports to us his findings before he departs. My only complaint is the cost continues to rise to a point that I don’t quite understand.
It's really all about Dennis our tech. Our home is pretty much pest free which is good but the professionalism of Dennis keeps us with Terminix.
